Again looking at building a youtube channel or video content for online. Apparently it's a long term comitment with little reward for a while. The same to be said about streaming. Both take consistency and commitment, as everything seems to do. Pros Keep me accountable. Motivate me to create something. Artificial sense of meaning. Make me think about my value and what I have to give Promotional Material Everything nowdays is about online presence – if you have none, you're dead Everything is about video content... Grabs people's attention, they can watch it / listen to it without paying much attention,

Thoughts
Most of these seem to be ways of holding me accountable, as well as reflecting myself to the world, or thinking I am. Without a social network or group of peers/colleagues it's hard to make progress and find it's value or be motivated to continue. Even when I've achieved something, it seems to disappear without reflection. Having a place and way to share myself online seems to be a good way there.
